FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska, no minimums. All orders are shipped the following business day via USPS Priority Mail and delivered within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is also available for the prices listed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping fees are applied to all international orders at checkout. Orders may be subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. Should the customer refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your country's taxation rates please contact your local customs office. Please note, international orders cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

Not feeling a “hell yes” from your bikini? We want you to be 100% happy, so all full priced items purchased from Jeux De Vagues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags and sanitary liner still attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for hygienic reasons. Sale items marked “final sale” cannot be returned. To request a refund, you must:

• Email us at refunds@jeuxdevagues.com within 14 days of receiving your package, or the date of when your tracking number says your package was delivered. Please include your order number and which items you would like to return or exchange.
• Print the prepaid shipping label that we will email you.
• Repack the items in their original packaging with the completed form, and seal the package.
• Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your local USPS location.
• You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your package. Please allow three weeks to process your refund/exchange request. Exchanges will be delivered to the original address provided.
